Season In Branson
Les Brown Jr. and the Band of Renown begin their regular season on April
16th, with new treats and old favorites.
Singing impressionist Bob
Anderson returns for the 2005 season with his amazing recreations of
performances by great singers like Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, and Tom
Jones.
Jana
King Evans has joined the show as the female vocalist. Jana first
performed with the Band of Renown at the Opening Ceremonies of the
Veteran's Homecoming Celebration in November 2004. Jana has
a long and successful career as singer, working with stars that include
Johnny Cash, Garth Brooks, Neil Diamond and Tom Jones. You may also
recognize her voice from the State Farm Insurance jingle ("Like a
good neighbor..."), and from her performances in Pam Tillis' show in
Branson. Jana has country music in her blood, but you'll find that her
sultry performances of the standards are an unforgettable pleasure.
Show time is now 2pm, with performances on Wednesday through Sunday from
April through July. Call the theater at 417-334-3210 or 800-334-1936 for
